24x7 Monitoring
Service provides a solution to keep your servers online 24/7/365. The service includes monitoring of cpu/memory activity, free disk space, HTTP, SMTP, DNS, or any other custom ports or application. We will work out with you a detailed procedure, which our 24x7 available staff will follow in case of an incident, trying to fix/reboot a server, or notify you immediately. All monitoring events are considered as Critical Support Requests.
Monthly price: 40$ for device
Server Maintenance
Service is applied to any kind of Windows/Unix (platform) servers and includes full configuration and setup coverage and regular maintenance procedures, such as software patching, server security, health and so on.
On our weekly maintenance checklist we include the following routines:
• check event logs;
• check server performance;
• check security logs for possible attacks;
• check antivirus alerts;
• install updates (reboot scheduled with Customer).
On our monthly maintenance checklist we include the following routines:
• check hdd fragmentation and health;
• check RAID health;
• perform full security audit.
Note: some other maintenance procedures may be added to the list upon the customer request.
We will be available 24/7/365 to troubleshoot various server issues for the customer servers at the direct request of customer up to ten (10) requests per month or up to six (6) hours, whichever comes first. All requests past the initial 10 requests or the initial 6 hours will be billed at the end of each month (15 minute increments).

Switch/router maintenance
Switch/Router Maintenance service is applied to any kind of managed networking devices such as Cisco, 3Com, Zyxel, D-link etc. and includes full configuration and setup coverage and regular maintenance tasks, such as OS patching, security audits and so on.
On our weekly maintenance checklist we include the following routines:
• check event logs;
• check device performance;
• check security logs for possible attacks;
• check links throughput;
• interface errors (collisions, input errors, etc.);
• install security updates;
• install system/kernel updates (reboot scheduled with the customer).
On our weekly maintenance checklist we include the following routines:
• perform configuration backup;
• perform configuration consistency audit;
• perform full security audit.
Note: some other maintenance routines may be added to the list according to the customer needs.
